Hi all,
I've used 4:3 monitors for years now, as we all have, and now im suck on deciding between keeping my current 4:3 20" Hp monitor that is just ok as a standard VDU, or going for even more floor space with a 24" with some really lush colours and brighness.
I've got a 8800 GTX, so i know it can handle the huge resolutions, but how is general scaling with these monitors, if an old game cannot support wide screen formats??? So are there any major dislikes with going widescreen? or not?
Ive got my eye currently on the BenQ, it has an outstanding review, but how are BenQ's support???
BenQ - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-021-BQ
or maybe the
Dell - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-009-DE
Thanks
