TeeVee Card Not Working Properly!!! Help Please..

I've got my hands on a Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-1100. All installed etc, but when it comes to watching, the channels are all broken up. same as the audio!

My computer surely can handle this. x2 3800 clocked at 2.5. 2gigs ram. 7800gt sataII drive!!


The picture is perfect, its plugged straigt into the wall socket, so should be fine!!

Well i will tell you if you promise not to laugh..

I was tuned into all the Digital Channels with a signal so weak it couldnt pick up a nats testicle..

Tuned it into analouge and all is well..
