Tefal Actifry Recipies & Usage Tips

Having done a search of the forum I have come up with a few threads

These are quite dated though so I am asking if anyone has any recipes and tips for these machines.

I bought the normal version version (for 4 people, but there are only two of us) and plan to use this combed with the steamer I bought a while ago ( http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18416383 ) to try and make healthier and tasty meals.

The steamer is brilliant but I miss chips and TBH oven chips really do not do it for me !

Any help would be appreciated.

Did they fix the problem where they would set themselves on fire?
