Tekken 5 DR Online - out yet?

A friend swears blind it's coming out today on the US Playstation Store. Presumably those with an account there could download it onto PAL consoles, although you might have to pay the full price if it doesn't recognise that you bought Tekken 5 DR before (the addon is cheaper if you've already bought the game).

Can anyone with a PS3 with a US PSN account confirm or deny whether its showed up yet?

Should be coming pretty soon aswell as Soul Calibur 4 online.

Namco said it will be out 7pm Central US time (no idea what that is!) tonight.
