I believe so, however I think the graphich look horrid, however it is only the arcade version I think, and Tekken 6 should look a lot better I'd have thought/hoped.

Anyway, the in game screenshots look fairly naff, a little worse than DOA3. I'll go have a look at the videos to see what the gameplay is like.

With seriously updated grpahics, depending on how much it is it looks quite good.

They are for a PSP game that should cost about £7-10 (hopefully no more)

The graphics are not meant to be all that good.. it's basically a PS2 port which has been nicely upscaled to HD. It's just to keep the Tekken fans interested until they launch 6.

It only costs £8 so I think it's quite a bargain.
