Yeah I saw the same movie - for me the issue I have with juggling is the time it eats and the fact that after the launcher its unblockable. People will say its just an air version of a 10hit string, but at least those strings had possiblilities to be blocked mid-string or even countered. Combine that with wall damage and its just a very very cheesy combo, totally legal but oh-so annoying...
I wasnt aware that much earlier Tekkens had significant juggles, but I guess it wasnt a term I was aware of back then. Ultimately the physics between normal fighting and a juggle launch (post Tekken 3) has never sat right with me - its like it goes into bullet time for no god damn reason, so to me its always been a gimmick thats a bit too far-fetched...
The problem is I dont think Namco have the balls to backtrack, especially if my issues seemingly are a minority non-pro viewpoint
