Sounds like a scam, if "telebilling" isn't a real company.
Telebilling as I understand it is a Danish company that does this:

TeleBilling is a leading provider of end-to-end billing and Customer Care solutions to the communications sector.

So they bill you, but on behalf or someone else.

yes but there call lines are expensive...they are actually the same type of line as i am being billed for...the number i apparently called and their number are almost identical except for last 2 digits

Might be an attempt to get you to ring a premium number so that then you DO actually owe them some. Any kind of cutomer support is usually free.

so is it a scam yes?so what do i do if i can't call them as they have a premium line? call bank or cards?

do you think they got my details when i was on my easyjet account?

they don't seem to have...they havn't writen it on the bill but they do have all my contact details - the exact same as what are on my easyjet
Well if they don't have your details, how will they charge you?

Are you sure it doesn't say who is actually billing you somewhere on the letter?
