Righty o the situation is that just moved into the new house, we got a active telephone line, but don'ty know who it's with, BT won't tell us, we have incoming calls but can't make outgoing, can't even call operators, now all that we know is that the automated talk berk says to call 150 for more assistance, now does anyone know which telephone provider has their customer service as 150? Otherwise we gotta pay £125 for a new line in the house JUST to use the net!
