Telephony / Network voice communication software?

One of the small networks i look after that consists of a Windows 2000 server and 4 XP workstations, the users wish to be able to communicate with one another over the network with some for of voice communication software.

Please can some suggest an adequate but easy piece of software thats upto the job?

Any help is greatfully appreciated.

Personally the best quality one that I have used is skype and a mic. Crystal clear quality.
