Crabs don't have a nose but if they did the hole where it would logically be is actually where they pee from. So in theory they pee through their nose
 
Jeep stands for Just Enough Essential Parts.

Taken from military usage that meant the vehicles had to have Just Enough Essential Parts to work, and therefore be easy to fix if they broke in a war situation.

In 1326 the Council of Florence gave a directive for the manufacture of pilas seu pallectas ferreas et canones de metallo (Bullets and Metal Cannon) many historians consider this to be the first indisputable documentary evidence for gunpowder weaponry in Europe. By 1346 Edward III reportedly took 22 cannon on his campaign in France where some sources (although disputed by some modern historians) indicate cannon usage at the Battle of Crécy being the first large set piece battle involving gunpowder ordnance in European history.

part of the sea bed in fort lauderdale, FLA is covered with 1000's of old car tyres. they were going to use them as a base for an artificial reef a few decades ago but never got round to it

The face in profile on said quarter was not George Washington, but rather a face which has yet to be identified.
