I think he just means clubs at the bottom are desperate to stay up (which given the amount of points separating quite a lot of the table can be any three of quite a few clubs within 3-4 games), and the battle for Europe and especially CL places include more teams than usual. So basically more clubs are under pressure to perform this year than at any year in recent memory..

If the OP means which club is not in debt and as such does not need to sell in order to survive then Stoke posted some very healthy results in that they are financially solvent and debt free within the last few months.

Which is cool, but they play more rugby then football. Horrible awful side to watch.
