temp advice

Hi guys i just wanted to know if my temps are good for my cpu. ive got a p4 3ghz prescott. the temps are 37c on idle and 46 on full load. whats the max temp my cpu can handle because i want to know if it would be able to be overclocked a little.
If so what would be a good stable overclock? btw i have never overclocked (n00b)

i think those are good temps but dont take my word for it im having temp problems myself atm mine are 46c at idle and 60 at load. kind of a **** take. im trying to get mine down to 35c at idle so i recon u should just lift your head up high and be happy with what u got.

p.s i have also never overclocked my pc sorry cant help ya there but if you come back to me in about six months maybe i might have learned.

to anyone that has overclocked is it worth overclocking this cpu? i just wanna get a lil more speed becuase i cant really afford a C2D.
