Temp audio help with ps4

Hi

Until my 5.1 set up airrves the only way I seem to be able to use this 2.1 speaker set with my projector is by having it plugged into the controller

Now. For gaming the sound is awesome and loud as should be

However once I use an app for example netflix it becomes very low.

Any idea how to fix this or a way to get the sound the same as in game?
