Hi, I bought a pre built/overclocked machine about 1.5 years ago now - its a Q6600 / 4gb OCZ / 9800 Gx2 system with an IP35 PRO Mobo, everything was running fine for a while then I started getting random BSOD's etc then it stoped for a while but now its happening again :(

mostly when it was under stress, which lead me to belive my pre overclocked machine was running to hot well I'm not a pc guru or anything dont pretend to be but I get by - could anyone tell me or give me some advice on my overclock? I bought it for peace of mind you see thinking it would be stable from OcUK ; ;

Basicly my settings are as follows:

356 MHz x9

1.4025v

2.200 v DDR2

1.27v

1.33v

1.12v

1.60v

0

67%

67%

(lol I thought id just post everything just incase ><)

and the memory is:

5

5

5

15

V1.0A

PCIex

My Temps idle are around 45-55 but under load they jump to over 128 then the comp just shuts down.

I use core temp and Real temp to moniter it, because I was told that the bios reading isnt as accurate (the bios reads 83 lol) oh and my OS is Windows 7 64.

I was in the process of orderin the H50 and some more paste but I noticed the shipping is a tenner lol, thought that was abit harsh haha.

ye it seems fine, Ive looked and the fan is working and the heatsink I had off today to clean it out just to make sure - but tbh it wasnt even dirty :( no clue but its not very stable I cant even run prime 95 without it shutting off in seconds

to tell you the truth the whole reason I was cleaning it was because of the temps, but nope I didnt clean it off - it seems like there is enough on it, but Ive ordred some more for that reason, what you said before about fan - it is spinning, but maybe its not speeding up underload? because to tell you the truth I dont hear it very much but ive opened case and looked at it spinning - on an off chance lol what should the fan speed be under load if u have any idea haha, worth a shot :(
