Temp prog for Vista 64

Coretemp will work if you disable driver signing

Everest Ultimate Edition will read temps if you dont want to disable driver signing

everest ultimate edition is very good, give the same temps as TAT does, s'all good

Another vote for everest ultimate edition, works great with vista x64 and also gives you a sidebar gadget so you can read all the temps, fan speeds etc etc off your desktop.
Theres also a very good 3rd party gadget that gives you a lot more options on the sidebar.

OK thanks for the replies.

I keep hearing of driver signing and people turning it off.

How do i do it and are there any disadvantages?

Now when i was on XP, Everest gave significantly lower temps. Is it different in Vista?

Edit

Installed Everest and it says that my temps are 19 & 21 deg for my E2140 overclocked to 3ghz, sorry but i don't believe that one bit as in XP, tat reported betweent 33-36 on both cores (33 being the lowest i had).

So it looks like coretemp is my only answer if someone could explain what driver signing is about.

i mean do i disable it while i install the program or disable it permenantley?

You can disable driver signing from the Safe Mode menu (F8) when booting.

Everytime

There is a line you can enter in Command prompt , but its been removed on the beta patch floating about.

If you havent installed the beta patch you should be ok,

Load up Command Prompt with Admin Rights

bcdedit /set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
