Temp programs?

Hi all, can anyone recommend a free program for measuring GPU temps?
I have a program called OCCT that shows a GPU Temp but I am not sure if thats reliable?

you could also try the Open Hardware Monitor.

It is open source, so you can look into the source code if you want to know how and where the data comes from.
