Temp Reading Drive Bay Device?

Anyone know any good temperature reading devices to go into your drive bay?
but i don't want a fan controller on it, just need to be able to read the temperature while gaming ect.

If you burn an image of the game your playing and mount it on your hard drive it will run the game faster. (i think)
