Temp Sensor Placement

Hi i should have a Scythe fan controller and temp sensor soon and im wondering on where is best place to place the sensors and how to attach them. Pics would be brilliant as ive not done anything like this before

What component do you want to monitor?

CPU mostly then the GPU.

Well you won't get the sensors anywhere close enough to either the gpu or cpu core to get a true reading.

to monitor the cpu/gpu i use everest ulimate... as above u wouldn't be able to get the sensor close enough to get a true reading, u could place them on the heatsink, but then ur not gonna get the temp of the core, just the heatsink...
