What are the sensor wires called that go with the aquacomputer temp sensor display ?

Is it the 2 wire temperature sensor extension leads you're thinking of?

Its the ones that are the same that come with them when you buy the full thing. They have the female two prongs that go onto the display then they have the plastic/orange part at the other end that you would place on the part you want to monitor.

I need replacements and its out of warrenty

You're looking for a 10K temperature sensor. Any will do as they all work on the same principle.
