Temperature 4690k

I'm currently running my 4690k at 4.4Ghz with 1.21 vcore and under full load the temp maxes out at around 69 degrees and 39 not under load. Are these temps ok?

Mine's about the same @ 4.6 Ghz so I'd say you're good.

A 4790k can get 90+ at stock on stock cooler whilst encoding.

As long as you're not throttling and using stupid vcore it doesn't really matter.
