I've completed my first watercooled build and it seems to be running fine, I'm just having a little trouble validating everything is OK. There doesn't seem to be a lot of discussion around about what kind of temperature is good or safe.

It's the build here:
http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18610427

360 radiator with a CPU and a GPU block, cooling a 3770k and a 290.

Both seem to get up to around 45 degrees at stock when on a good load in game with gpu at 100%, overclocking the GPU takes it to about 53 and 60 (+100 & +200mv). Room temp is around 20 - 23 degrees.

The two questions I have are:

1) Are these temperatures considered ok, should I be running cooler?
2) Do the temperatures seem ok for the 360 radiator I have?

Thanks guys, I didn't know whether to be happy or worried. I am however going to change thermal paste to see if I can knock a few degrees down I used some old stuff I had lying around, going to change it for some MX4.

Seems pretty good to me. What speed are the fans running at (%)?
Around 50% speed. Going much higher doesn't seem to make much difference but is much louder.

Turns out it was akasa 455 I used on the GPU, I'll see if I can knock some degrees off by changing to some gelid extreme. One of those things that never crossed my mind would make much of a difference.
