Temperature monitoring

Okay I bet people ask this all the time BUT, I'm new to overclocking and with a little help from a friend I got my Opty 146 to 2.7Ghz on the ASRock Dual SATA.

I'd like to know how to monitor temperatures best, as the mobo didn't come with a program like Asus Probe or anything. So what program is best to do this?

Some people have problems with Speedfan with the Dual Sata board(I know I do). If Speedfan cause's problems, I've found SensorsView hasn't caused me any.

Speedfan works for me. Mite try sensorsview as well.
