Temperature Questions.

I have a question about temps on northbridge / southbridge.
I bought a Thermohawk 200 IR Thermometer to test temps on my hardware.
I have a DS3 and the NB temp is 65 Deg C, the SB is 55Deg C. Are these safe temps? I have my CPU clocked to 3 Ghz on 333x9.0 TT120. The RAM temp is 49Deg C.
What sort of temps are too high?

The DS3 is known to have high chipset temps. But they seem to have no effect on stability.
