Temperature too high?

Hi, i just got my Dell Inspiron 545 Slim PC last week and bought the Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 4550 "Low Profile" graphics card so that i could it to my 23" monitor via HDMI.

I installed the graphics card this morning and spent the day setting up the system and installing all my apps etc.

Speedfan is currently showing me this,

Is temp 1 too high?

The sytem spec is Core 2 Quad Q8200, 3GB DDR2 RAM, 500 GB HDD. How do i know what cooler it has?

I ran Speedfan again as administrator and its showing the same temps as before.

Which is the temperature of the graphics card?
