Temperatures on this hot sunny day

Pentium 4 2.6ghz northwood = 42c idle 60c full load
Abit IC7-Max3 Motherboard= 38c idle 45c full load
Case 32c

Is this right for a system running without being overclocked? Your advice and help would be appreciated.

Intel Pentium 4 'Northwood' 3.0CGHz (800FSB) with HT

Some crappy SiS motherboard I don't remember the name of.

Temps while browsing this forum and not doing much else:

Case: 24 degrees celsius

CPU: 32 degrees celsius
 
2.8 northy 53c idle
case temp 40c

805 @ 3.3Ghz 38c idle fan @ 900rpm and 50c s&m 100% load both cores, fan at 2000rpm
case temp 42c

Pentium 4 3.4 ghz prescott s478, 55.5C idle 72 Load, case temp 41 C :S , room temp 38C, think i have to consider airco
 
AMD 64 3500+ - 37 C at idle (just browsing net)
MB according to pcprobe is - 30 C

Window open, using arctic freezer 64 pro, antec p160w case and using aerocool fan on back and akasa amber on front.

PC being on for about 30 mins.
