Temperatures

Id like to know if my system temperatures are ok, iv just turned down the fans from High to Low and the CPU fan down a bit. Now its less noisy and I don't need the TV volume up as much to hear.

System
Motherboard - eVGA nForce 680i
CPU - Intel Quad Core QX6700
GFX - BFG GeForce 8800GTX
RAM - 2GB Corsair Dominator PC6400C4
Drive 1 - 74GB Raptor
Drive 2 - 320GB Seagate

Temperatures At Idle (Temps taken from NVIDIA Monitor View
CPU - Around 49'c
System - 30'c
GFX - 60'c


Are they ok? dont really want to have to turn the fans back up....

Those temperatures look fine to me, graphics cards are normally fine operating at higher temperatures than CPUs are comfortable at. Load/maximum temperatures are the thing you should really be looking out for though.
