Template Problem

I've just paid for a template of the internet, opened the PSD file's in Photoshop CS2, edited the text then saved them. When i come to code the template my editor, it doesn't show up the edited document i've just edited, but blank unedited images. Have i done something wrong?

I expect if it's a typical template, you'll need to slice up the images from the PSD after you've edited them. Changing the PSD alone won't modify the graphics the HTML template uses. Try using the "Save For Web" option in CS.
