Temps at idle on 7850

Is this normal? Seems decent enough.

1 question the card comes with a 6 pin power adapter but has only 5 pins, the one im using has 6 pins with 6 pins is that ok?

My GTX 285 used 2x 6 pins i dont have a 6 pins.

Also when i first installed the card it had blue lines all ove rmy screen, then yellow lines, it refreshed itself a couple of times and now its fine but ive never seen that before?

25C is an excellent idle temp for a 7850. Mine idles around or just below 40C, but my case doesn't have too great airflow.

Temps are fine mate. Think you might have same card as me (Gigabyte 7850 OC windforce?) and mine idles around 23-25C so there is no problems there.

Mine didn't have any lines come up but I guess as long as it works now is all that matters I would only worry if it does it often.

My Msi 7850 TF OC is currently idling at 25c, both our cards are known for excellent cooling. I've read a couple of your threads and you seem a bit of a worrier, chill man your card seems fine. I too am currently getting artifacting in Skyrim (only the sky and a bit on the mountains)but only since I changed from 12.8 to the 12.11 beta. It doesn't happen in any other game I play so I'm content to leave it for now. Oh and by the way 60c is ok when gaming, in fact its very good, your ambient temp is also a factor so bear that in mind.
