Temps for Celeron G530

What should the idle and load temps be for one of these babies? Im using stock cooler

Below 70-75cc ideally.

But it will depend on your case airflow ect, what are your current temps?

Not got any yet, still to put the system together! 70-75? I thought the max was 61.9?

Tcase temperature is usually measured under the Heat spreader, looking at the Intel site its 69.1c.

But actual core temps I like to keep under 75c.

If the core temps get to high the cpu will throttle.

Ok so if my mb has any temp monitoring or if I use Core Temp program, do they give actual core temps? And I need to be looking to keep it under 70-75c?

Core Temp & Real Temp tend to read the diodes and yes ideally keep it under 75c~

Im currently running an Athlon X2 in the case and its idling at 32 and 38 on its cores, do Intels run cooler?

Hard to say, full load temps are important.

My one is 30-35 idle 50-55 load

Ok Im up and running with Core Temp saying temps are 40/42 on 2 cores and using 8.4watts, is that all ok?

Yep, looks ok on idle, check on full load.

So far its max temp during boot up was 50
