Temps for my standard q6600, a bit hot?

CoreTemps telling me my standard Q6600 b3 at 2.4 Ghz on the stock cooler at 1.1625 vid has cores running at 45, 42, 40,42 deg C respectively.

Is this normal?

When i start to play games it goes to 45.

Is that the individual core temps, or the tcase temp? 33 is nice and cool
