temps high and low

when i first built my system the temps were ~28/29 idle and ~38/39 load.

i then overclocked (2.8), temps where ~35/6 idle and ~50/52 load.

i then dropped the system back to stock for a day and temps where around 32 idle and 45 load.

i then overclocked lastnight (back to 2.8) and temps were ~32idle and ~47 load.

any explanation for these O/C temp levels being lower than the previous Overclock?

Several reasons come to mind. Assuming that everything was set exactly the same, in particular VCore, then the room temp varying or just bedding in of the thermal grease could account for these relatively small differences.

I am sure others more knowledge may contribute, but I doubt you need to worry. Your temps look good.

3 degrees different will just be room temperature

maybe have anything to do with a run in/burn in period?
