I have a i5 [email protected] and a gtx670 overclocked.

CPU temp tends to get to about 62 or so under full load (Prime95).

GPU is 45 when running heaven for example.

Now when playing BF3 (online) temps creep up quite a bit.

CPU temps get to 74C and GPU about 60.

Is this expected? Obviously both are being pushed at the same time.

This along with my constant want to upgrade/change/rebuild is making me think about a larger case with even more rads!!

sound right to me, Prime only stresses the CPU and Heaven mostly stresses the GPU but in BF3 both are being stressed (though neither as much as they would be in Prime/Heaven) and so their getting hotter as the heat from both is being dumped into the loop.

If you ran Heaven while running Prime you would prob see even higher temps (don't do that).

I have a 2500k @4.8hgz and a GTX670.

Temps whilst battlefield 3 are around 60C on the CPU and 55C on the GPU.

However thats in a HAFX with a 360 rad and a 140 rad.
