temps seem a bit high, is it time to change or clean

Hi, my idle temps and load temps seem pretty high recently, especially coming out of game!
high 60's sometimes low 70's on all cpu/gpu and motherboard

cpu: Q9650 with corsair h50
gpu 5830 stock fan
is it time to change coolers or just give jolly good clean out of rad and fans and reseat them all.

I would try a good clean, are you using sealed water coolers.
