Hey guys
Just been monitoring my temps after I noticed my NB fan starts to kick in at max after a while in games.
So played FEAR for an hour, and the max temps I got were these:
Question is, are these too high?
CPU temp is fine, and the X1800XT although it has a VF-900CU on it, is normal according to Google searches, the Mobo and NB temps are what is worrying me
I've got a good little set up going on with my case so air flow should be plenty, 1x 120mm Amber at the front(intake) and the same at the rear(exhaust) and I also have an 80mm Amber at the top of the case as an exhaust. Wires are tidy, so tidy infact that you can barely see them apart from the obvious ones
So why so high? Or is this normal for the DFI SLi-DR.
I've overclocked the 4400 to 2.61 on stock volts (HTT at 240x4 (stock nb volts))
Is it safe to run at near 60. I'm thinking its time to whack on a new NB cooler if not
Many thanks
