so here is my setup:
i5 2500k @ 4.4 rasa cpu block
7950 aquacomputer block running 1100/1500
d5 with ek top rev 2
black ice sr1 560 rad with 4 cougar 140mm fans
ocool bay res

now everything was running fine untill i did the rip down to refresh the tubing and new fluid, since then my temps have been quite high running bf4 im getting 60-65c on the cpu and about 55-60 on the gpu,i hadnt played bf4 on the sytem untill after the rebuild but this seems very high for my setup never used to see above 42c on anything and am experiencing these high temps in a few games,im tearing my hair out with this im very close to sacking off the water and going back to air :(.
ive replaced the tubing again incase there was something wrong there, ive reseated and reapplied tim to the cpu block (when doing this i also moved the block around and the gpu to see if air was trapped but nothing, ive spent a lot of hours moving the pc around and components to see if there is trapped air to no avail,im beyond ****ed off with the thing now and thought i would come on here to get some advice its been like this now a few weeks with me conatantly trying to sort it out.

any help would be much appreciated.

my thoughts are possibly dying pump but i honestly dont know what the flow rate should look like.

You've already done pretty much everything I'd suggest: remounting the blocks, making sure all of the air has been bled out of the system etc. Have you checked that your pump is running at full speed, and you haven't turned it down by mistake? Or does your thermal paste have a cure time before running at it's full potential?

Other than that, 60°C is nothing to complain about: it's still well below the thermal threshold of your components.

My 7970s are hitting 67 with bf4 it seems to be quite a killer. I assume your running at ultra specs?

Best bet would be to go to an older game you've played before and see what temps are like. See if its bf4 at fault.

my 290 is only hitting ~52 and my 3570k is ~53-55 @ 4.5 with a 240 and 360 rad, we have similar rad space so i would not have thought your temps would be higher considering my components put out more heat.

Can you plug the pump in to a fan header on the mobo or something so you can check the rpm, i'm not familar with that pump but i think it has variable settings, might just be the flow. also have you checked for kinked pipes etc and fan speed.

nope had it running at speed 5 but never used to run it above 3 as anything above that never really seemed to effect temps, yes paste generally gets better after setteling in after awhile.
my temps seem to have reduced slightly 55-59c/and gpu max about 50c will have to double chck this but pretty sure this is correct(im at work)

yes im running on ultra settings, are they under water or? and what size rad?

hi see thats the kind of temps i should be getting maybe a little lower,im honestly starting to think its the pump giving out a poor flow rate.
yes it has variable speed setting upto 5 im running it at 5 and to be honest the floe rate coming out back into the resevoir looks fairly weak but im sure its always been like this maybe its just got worse!
sadly its a molex connector so i cant get any speed readings.
i may just purchase a ek 4.0 and see if that makes any difference.
its the only possible thing i can think of now .

thanks for the replies and advice/help.

oh there is one thing ive found to be very weird and not sure is correct my fill port is at the top at the front of my bay res if i disconnect the pipe from the bottom of my res hardly any water comes out but when i open the fill port it suddenly come rushing out is this a normal thinbg to happen or is there some type of problem here airlock or something? i found it fairly strange and surely cant help my pump in pushing water around,i have run the system with the fill port open with no noticebale extra flow rate so maybe it makes no difference.

That's normal dont worry. The water will only flow out when replaced with air. By releasing the cap you've allowed it to run through. It's got a technical name that escapes me.

If you've ever been camping with one of those giant water containers that have a tap on them. You have to release the fill port on them to allow water to flow.

Bleeding in layman terms.
