Temps

How come my temps remain the same when Freq is at 1.2GHz (VID 1.05) and at 3.8GHz (VID 1.25) ?

I used to be able to get 25-29'c idle in my Corsair 650D. Now I've a Thermaltake Level 10 GT - would the case really add 10'c :rolleyes:

Recently re-seated the cooler (Corsair H100) and re-pasted. Although I did use a considerable amount of thermal paste, but that surely shouldn't warrant the increase.

GPU Temp is 34'c which is consistent with the temps I had in the previous case.

Would the case being aluminium help a lot? The Corsair 650D must have had less airflow than the one I have now, but it was very cold to touch cause it was all steel/ally I think.
