a simple yes or no will do

InwardSinging said:the question is, £280 for a X1800XT, or £470 odd for a X1900XT, ive only got a 1280x1024 monitor at the moment.
Its a mindscrambler.
Just what i was thinking.Gibbo said:Hi there
Get the X1800 XT, save your money.
Then save buy a better monitor.
Then sell the X1800 XT as you won't lose much money considering the OcUK bargain price and then buy a 7900 GTX when they come out mid-end March.

is a X1800 XT (£281.94 Including VAT ) much improvement over a X1800 XL ?
or should i just wait a little and spend more on a X1900 ?
Vogon said:Spinna, stick with the XL ... TBH isn't much in it, especially if you run 1280x1024, and the XL should clock to at least near X1800XT speeds, possibly a bit over.
