tempted to go out and buy that drakes uncharted sequel.

should I ?

I dont normaly game on my PS3 as I prefer my pc and PS3 games are so expensive.

Is this game worth an exception ? I enjoyed the first drake game.
 
It's exceptional and better than the first in every way. What i will say is don't 'go out and buy it' as you'll end up paying way more than you do if you buy online. It can be had online for £15 which is hardly expensive.

yes but I want to play it today. I might see if I can rent it out from that video store.

and then buy it online later.

I bet it costs £50 in game ?

I'd wager you'll pay £30 for it on the highstreet, possibly more. No offence but you can't exactly complain about the price of console games if you're unwilling to opt for the best bargain :p

I paid more for starcraft 2 than i have for my previous 2 PS3 games. Consoles can be cheap if you know where to look.

[EDIT] Actually it's not too bad on the highstreet. £20 for the platinum, that's still 25% more than the net though.

yes I agree. I only bought my PS3 for those exclusives that never come to the PC.

If I can pick it up for £30 I probably will get it.

How long is the game ?

Not sure how you can come to that conclusion. Pressing Circle actually brings you in to cover, instead of rolling in the wrong direction like a plonker. Pressing the aim button from cover doesn't result in Drake looking up at the sky like a prat. Throwing grenades doesn't require you to expose yourself then tilt the controller without seeing where the projected path is. (not exactly cover related) headshots actually kill people.

Perhaps it's just me, but having played Uncharted 2 then Uncharted: Drake's Fortune back to back in that order (bloodying game rental company), I couldn't help but be infuriated at the first game mostly for the headshot point. You'd think after you shoot an enemy 5 times in the face with a Desert Eagle, they would be dead.

Back to the topic, indeed a fantastic game.
 
Jeez its hard isnt it. I'm having proplems stealthily taking out those guards in that Turkish museum. :D

Ive tried about 10 times. lol
