If DDR5 is like DDR4 then I'd expect you can overclock that ram pretty easily to 5600, or even 6000, by just copying the settings.
You can lose a chunk of performance running 12th/13th gen @ 4800, but it's mainly noticeable in 1080p and not in all games, so if you're running a 4090 @ 4K I personally wouldn't bother unless you're upgrading from 16GB to 32GB.
