Server i played on samael is pretty much empty,not sure about other servers.
Frogster are are a terrible company its like they want tera to go f2p as soon as possible

Buy the US version, avoid Frogster at all costs! Game is OK, engine, combat and presentation are all top notch but rest of the games generic and grindy, worth a purchase if you can find it fairly cheap and you just want to play something different but I wouldn't expect to find something you could play for years to come.
