Why is it showing like this?

What is aca80003?

hostname shows as:
aca80003.ipt.aol.com

What? Never even been with AOL. I'm confused.

aca80003 is my netbios name, I've never configured netbios?

Just did a reboot, now shows:

Cheers. I've just called it Mac. The machine travels with me as I'm always away from home with work. I never had a need to connect to it. I'm just confused as to why that original name was there.
