Now I'm guessing Arnie will not be in it but this is shocking I read...

February 2, 2005 — SCI FI reports that neither Nick Stahl or Claire Danes will be back for Terminator 4. Stahl told the site:

"None of the cast is coming back. The [T4] story is changing conceptually. I believe it's a jump to the future, so my character will be quite a bit older. That's all that I know. So I'm not coming back, which is a drag."

What is the point? they were clearly set out to be the main characters in T4 according to the end of T3.

Can't see T4 making much sense at all if their is no Arnie and no Nick Stahl / Claire Danes -.-

This is old news to most I guess but didn't see any other threads about it.
 
Im not sure, they could still pull it off, I think though that if the above guys are not going to be in it, then maybe Kyle (Johns father) does need to be in it, and theres gonna be lots of future war between humans and machines, hopefully it will end with Kyle being sent back in time as the first terminator, but without Cameron it will more than likly suck :rolleyes:
 
I really hope they don't do a T4. T3 was not that good. T4 I doubt will be good and probably worse than T3.

Not 100% sure yet, some sites are saying the script is ready and they're just waiting for Arnies term as Governor or w/e to end (Or wait for a free spot in his schedule)
Others say he won't be in it.

I'm sure that Johns father was called Reese in T1 but that is actually a plausible story.

Heres a general script of the film

Load of action + then some spying to find out about a time machine + Then loads of action + then some more action again + in then end Kyle/Reese hacks into the machine to go back in time to save john.

I might just go watch that lol (after checking samples ;))
 
I raised how rubbish T3 was over at pcapex and had a good rant about it. Was really shocked how many people thought it was good, but then it's a big American crowd over there - take that as you will - I reckon they just percieve it differently 'cause its set in their country?

My point being its nice to see more people say negative things about all the sequals after T2 than positive ones.

There's no way T4 will be better than T2.

T3 was just shocking.

The fact that the cast from T3 isn't going to be in T4 is the only good thing going for it 'cause they couldn't act anyway (Arnie definitley lost his touch a while ago and the rest were ridiculous). The only thing that might redeem it slightly is if Michael Biehn has a lead in it, but then if he's got any sense he'd turn it down.

The problem with these films is that they get loads of hype so people go and see them on opening weekend hoping / convicing theirselves its good and as a result the box office sales are high enough to justify another one.
