Terracopy and buffer size

I use terracopy quite a lot for copying files between hard disks either in the same PC or over the network.

I've seen you can change the buffer size and the default setting was 256KB. If I increase this the copy speed increases up to 30%, but are there any reasons why I shouldn't change this?

It can be increased to 20mb.

afaik it'll just chew a few more resources

i always use robocopy myself (slower than terracopy, but it's part of windows)
