Terraria port forwarding?

I'm trying to port forward for Terraria using a Virgin Media SuperHUB, I've added the 7777 rule but I have no idea how whether it needs to be UTP or the other one, and at the end of the 192.168.0.[BLANK] I'm not sure what to put there?

Do both and you'll need to forward to your PC's IP address.

I don't know how to do that, it only lets me change the last value, 0 doesn't work, 1 doesn't allow me to put that and 2 doesn't work.

Go to CMD, type in ipconfig there should be one that says IPV4 address and through that you can find out the last number you need to put in.
