Focus seems to be on the legs rather than the head. Also it could do with some more flattering light and a catch light in the eye. Also try to keep an eye on your out of focus backgrounds, try to get the background all one colour or if more than one colour have it all blend softly rather than fairly definitive areas of colour like you have here as that distracts slightly.
