Jaguar have been messing around with their logo and so on and have come up with the monstrosities in this link:

I sure hope this is a John Lewis incident where they realise it was a massive balls up and back it out

I have a strong feeling that’s exactly what will happen.

I do get they have to appeal to a broader range of customers though. I don’t think this is the way.

A shame as I was looking forward to the unveiling of this along with the new cars.

I am interested in what the cars will be like but my expectations are very low.

Only memorable car adverts were the Clive Owen bmw shorts , the mache-e with James Brown not bad too, otherwise the new mercedes adds precursor to the jag add ..
car configuration, it's your choice and girl(family) power oriented add.

The Eva Green ones too. Think this is a couple of them edited together.

The PR disaster continues. Boss talking about 'vile hatred and intolerance', ad not supposed to be 'woke'.

It is vile hatred being posted. I can’t see any argument around that.

There will be some of that, sure, but it's just a dog whistle to deflect criticism from the re-brand itself. Trying to shut down the discussion.

It also sounds like way more than a re-brand, it's a complete pivot of the business, not just the brand.

I still have hope they are going to unveil a superb new car and they can clean up their marketing to be much more inclusive of some actual customers, we'll just have to wait I guess.
