Terrible screen flickering in Crysis 3

So, I get home tonight and load up Crysis 3 only to be welcomed by this constant seizure inducing screen flickering. I've been playing the game with no issues whatsoever the past few days up until now. I'm aware that C1 and C2 had similar issues with players using SLI or Crossfire setups but apparently the effects where instantaneous there and did not randomly occur 5 or 6 hours in...
Anyone got any ideas???

Just incase anyone else encounters the same problem, it turned out to be an issue with AA settings. I have to disable then reenable FXAA every so often to prevent the flickering. Very strange...
