Tesla sighting!

I actually saw a Tesla, in the flesh (as it were) today.

Parked outside the local Dr's surgery. (SW Surrey)

It was a 4 door saloon, Gunmetel metallic, and quite big.

Looked a bit like a Jag (I didn't think to check whether it was RHD or not)

While not really a big fan of modern luxury car styling, The design was not unpleasant.

I remain unconvinced that BEV cars are the way to go for the future, but they do seem to be becoming more mainstream.

That too. My uncle owns one as well. And a BMW i8. If I didn't have such poor relations with my family id have been in touch, but there's too much water under that bridge to just excuse.

The most impressive thing for me the first time I drove a hybrid was the silence. I can certainty see how this might be a hazard also.

Indeed, there are 22 used Tesla Model S cars for sale on Autotrader and only 2 Audi A6 petrol saloons, within 4 years age.

there are 2 or 3 round here. i saw a nissan electric van today as well. looked awful.
