Test 3D with an old graphics card?

Thanks to suggestions from some very helpful people here, I've decided to get a BenQ XL2420T bundle to replace my Dell U2410 so that I can have 120Hz and 3D.

However, at the moment, I've only got a Sapphire 1GB 5870 and I'm waiting for either the 4GB GTX 680s to appear, or if I can be patient enough, the GK110s.

As I won't be able to use the BenQ's 3D with the 5870 and would really like to test it and the glasses to make sure that they're working properly before the 14 day deadline, does anyone know whether I could test it on an older Nvidia card?

Basically, my old system is running an i7-920 with a GTX 275 (896MB), but I'm not sure whether this would be compatible with the new 3D Vision 2 on the BenQ.

I'm assuming it might work because I've still got an Elsa Gladiac 925 DVI card, (Geforce 3 ti500) with wireless 3D shutter glasses that I used to use with a 120Hz Mitsubishi 930SB CRT monitor years ago and apart from the design and connector for the emitter, the glasses look quite similar. Oh, how times have changed....or not! :p

Sorry, don't worry about this. When I didn't find any answers around the web, I went to.....the Nvidia site!

If anyone else is looking for similar answers, you can find them here:

3D Vision Requirements

It shows which cards support 3D and how well they'll do it, (including older models) along with certified monitors and their levels of support such as LightBoost, 3D Vision over HDMI etc.
