Test battery life?

OK... I bought a replacement battery from the bay.

It was from a seller with tens of thousands of positive feedback.

Battery is crap... lasts around 40 minutes.

What's the best software to use to see uptime of it or perhaps check it's health status? I remember using a program but my amnesia doesn't help matters

One of the Windows sidebar gadgets shows the number mAh which is what you want.

Second row, two from the left, "Battery meter V.1 Keat"

Then compare it to what was advertised (and what your previous battery was).

*Also tells you it's max capacity and current capacity etc.
